        Policies

        Before you come in

        A few things that help every appointment run on time.

        • A $30 deposit confirms your appointment and goes toward your total.
        • Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a new date once, with at least 48 hours notice.
        • The remaining balance is paid at the appointment.
        • Appointments starting between 8 PM and 5 AM have a $25 night fee, added to the total.
        • To reschedule, text us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
        • Cancellations under 48 hours and no-shows lose the deposit.
        • There's a 15-minute grace period.
        • After 15 minutes a late fee may apply. After 30 minutes the appointment may be cancelled.
        • Come with your hair washed, fully dried and detangled, with no product build-up.
        • If your style says “hair not included”, bring the hair with you, or text us to ask what to buy.
        • Take down is a separate service unless you book it.
